Designer (Figma)

Job Description

  • Works in an international environment for global clients.
  • Creating interactive display presentations used in pharma, RTEs (e-mailings), and landing pages based on components from existing design systems.
  • Reviewing files from global agencies based on defined criteria, ensuring correct use of Figma elements, such as Variants, Component Properties, Auto Layouts, and Styles as specified by guidelines.
  • Improving file quality so it is suitable for creating adaptations.
  • Checking the ability to create a Figma navigation component using Auto Layout, and ensuring compliance with Design System Guidelines.
  • Based on the Design System, where modules need to be adapted to specific content. • Recreating files from various software types in Figma to ensure they are implementable in environments such as Veeva, ShamanGo, and Drupal.
  • Using the Design System created for Drupal, with a highly restrictive Design System
  • Connecting design libraries to files received from local agencies and reviewing their layout elements for consistency and accuracy.
  • Continuously collaborates with competence teams: Developers, Content Publishing Team, Client Service Team,
  • Close collaboration with other designers, often working on the same project simultaneously.
  • Close collaboration with external Agencies. Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years' design experience with landing pages, websites, and digital materials. Portfolio required.
  • Strong Figma skills required, including working within existing Design Systems and creating or updating them as needed.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat for interactive PDFs.
  • Experience creating interactive PDF documents in Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD.
  • Ability to accurately estimate project timelines. • Ability to assess source material for quality, usability, and compliance with the design system or brand book. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to continuous skill development. • Proficient in adapting to and using various Design Systems.
  • Ability to link Figma Design Systems to project files, validate component usage, and ensure alignment with Figma best practices and guidelines.
  • Skilled in creating Figma documents structured to meet requirements for reuse, adaptation, or localization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and content publishers.
  • Openness to cross-departmental collaboration and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a brand book.
  • Knowledge of current global trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Experience in photo manipulation and illustration.
  • Strong conceptual skills in developing graphic ideas and visual solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
