Role Description

This is a full time or part time position for an Assistant designer at Kids Stop, located in New York, NY. As a assistant designer, you will be responsible for creating designs for children's and baby apparel, developing concepts, and collaborating with the team. This on-site role will involve daily design tasks to meet the company's creative vision and market demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel design, pattern making, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to translate them into kid-friendly designs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
• Experience in children's apparel design
• MUST BE Proficient in creating graphics and print repeats

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
