Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative Designer to join our team and inspire our customers with trend-forward, brand-aligned collections across all soft home categories, including high volume of seasonal surface prints, embroideries, bedding collections, and licensed brands. You’ll report to the VP of Design and work closely with Production, Packaging, and Merchandising to support the design and development of innovative home products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create seasonal mood and trend boards
• Design and development of trend-driven and brand-appropriate collections for all top-of-bed product categories, and surface print collections for Throws, Blankets, Sheets, Shower Curtains, Quilts and Comforters.
• Develop accurate artwork, repeats, and specs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Translate seasonal concept direction into innovative and commercially compelling design assortments
• Prepare design files for sampling and production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product execution matches design intent
• Support product revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with Product Development to source unique materials, trims, and surface techniques
• Work proactively within the product development calendar to ensure all deliverables are met ahead of deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Design, or related field Preferred
• 3-5+ years design experience in home, apparel, or fashion related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of textile construction, fabrications, surface design, and printing/manufacturing techniques
• Skilled in both hand-drawing and digital illustration, with the ability to create original artwork whilst effectively curating from existing library
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-driven with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow

Pay: $25.26 - $30.42 per hour
