General Requirements

· Independently lead, manage, and coordinate work of a multidisciplinary team through multiple phases of a project

· Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule

· Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines

· Perform QA/QC and technical reviews

· Coordinate architectural specifications

· Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, submittals, & Change Orders

· Provide construction contract administration, installation oversight support

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrate creativity, effectiveness, efficiency and competency in all conventional aspects of architecture, interior design, graphic design

· Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, adobe suite, Microsoft platforms

· Achieve sDC processes and protocols

Required Qualifications

· Professional degree in Architecture

· 6+ years’ experience

· Prior experience in a Project Architect/Project Management role

· Registered Architect preferred

· Highly proficient in use of Autodesk Revit (6+ years exp)

· Familiarity with software related to industry standards in modeling, and design

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)

· Strong written and communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrated graphic presentation skills

· Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents
