About the Position
We are currently seeking a Civil Designer with experience in the execution and development of energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in earthworks and surface modeling using CAD tools and experience supporting civil design for energy infrastructure projects. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of civil design for energy projects, including pipelines, access roads, and linear infrastructure.
Responsibilities

• Design and produce civil models and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Develop plan and profile drawings, mapping of existing utilities
• Prepare earthwork, access road, and drainage plans
• Adhere to company design and drafting standards to maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment, meeting project deadlines and quality expectations

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of relevant civil design experience within the energy sector
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Autodesk Civil 3D or ArcMap/ArcGIS
• Strong teamwork skills, with a positive attitude, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn and grow professionally within the field of civil design
