Designer Interior/Exterior

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D visualization and the ability to create compelling designs while managing project quotations. This role combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver high-quality interior solutions that meet client expectations and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and create detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive project quotations, ensuring all design elements, materials, and costs are accounted for.
• Source and recommend materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Revise designs and quotations based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and material innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape).
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
• Ability to create and manage detailed quotations with precision.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior design is a plus.
