Position Overview

Siflex is seeking two creative and motivated Designer Interns to join our Creative Department. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on industry experience in branding, packaging, and digital design. The selected candidates will work closely with senior designers and contribute to real-time projects in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, marketing visuals, and promotional materials
• Assist in developing branding materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging mockups, and standees
• Understand client briefs and translate concepts into visual designs
• Prepare print-ready files ensuring proper bleed, color modes, and resolution standards
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Implement revisions based on feedback in a timely manner
• Organize and manage digital design assets efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory
• Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Sciences, or related field
• Fresh graduates or final semester students are encouraged to apply
• Basic portfolio preferred

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
