About The Role
The Junior Designer is responsible for supporting the Creative and Marketing team in developing on-brand visual assets across digital and print platforms. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative with a strong sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing marketing department.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Design, resize, and format visual assets for digital and print, including flyers, social posts, email graphics, and event materials

Support the Marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all creative touchpoints

Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital distribution

Collaborate with Marketing leadership and lead designer on creative concepts and campaigns

Assist with photo sourcing, retouching, and basic image manipulation as needed

Work within Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools to manage templates and maintain organized project files

Ensure accuracy of content, brand elements, and compliance disclaimers across all designed materials

Complete all other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing

Regular on-site attendance

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma preferred

Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory

Experience preparing print and digital files with proper specs, bleeds, and exports

Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
