About The Role

The Junior Designer is responsible for supporting the Creative and Marketing team in developing on-brand visual assets across digital and print platforms. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative with a strong sense of layout, typography, and brand consistency who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing marketing department.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to and behavior modeling of the Company’s Core Values
  • Observable display of a sense of urgency in the execution of duties
  • Design, resize, and format visual assets for digital and print, including flyers, social posts, email graphics, and event materials
  • Support the Marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all creative touchpoints
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital distribution
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and lead designer on creative concepts and campaigns
  • Assist with photo sourcing, retouching, and basic image manipulation as needed
  • Work within Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools to manage templates and maintain organized project files
  • Ensure accuracy of content, brand elements, and compliance disclaimers across all designed materials
  • Complete all other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing
  • Regular on-site attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma preferred
  • Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory
  • Experience preparing print and digital files with proper specs, bleeds, and exports
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
