Bluegrass Chic is searching for an experienced designer to join our team. We are seeking hard working individuals that have at least three years of design experience in wedding and event design.

• At least 3 years of experience in floral or design

• Organized, fast worker and great attitude

• Flexibility to work long shifts, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

• Knowledge of floral product and ability to replicate designs

• High attention to detail
