About Us
Fekra Mental Skills and Creative Thinking Center is an educational and creative hub in Abu Dhabi dedicated to developing students’ academic and innovative abilities. We are seeking a talented and proactive Designer & Media Buyer to manage our visual identity, social media presence, and digital campaigns across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals, videos, and marketing materials aligned with the center’s branding and goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of center activities, programs, and events.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for social media channels.
• Manage and grow the center’s social media accounts by posting, responding, and analyzing engagement.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect a consistent and professional brand image.
• Track and report performance metrics for digital campaigns and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, design, and paid media buying.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Photography and videography skills (shooting and editing).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
