Overview:
MSA Professional Services is seeking a Designer of Engineering Systems to join our growing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Team. This role serves as a primary designer on a variety of building systems projects and leads discipline-specific efforts on complex assignments.

Responsibilities:
Lead design efforts for MEP building systems projects
Perform engineering analysis, calculations, and system design
Stamp and certify engineering studies, plans, and specifications
Utilize BIM, CADD, and related tools in project delivery
Support projects during construction, including observation and document review
Conduct field investigations and inspections as needed
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and permitting agencies
Mentor technicians and junior staff
Assist with scopes, budgets, and fee development
Deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective engineering services

The salary for this position ranges from $79,000 to $126,000 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
