Our projects range from full apartment and house interior renovations to combining apartments, kitchens, basements and bathrooms.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of residential renovation design AND 5 years of onsite project management, supervising trades.
Experience must include a minimum of 5 Co-op or Condo apartment and 5 house interior renovations in NYC or another major city.
Design expertise (Min 5 years) in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 20/20 OR other design software.
Must be a NYC resident or live within a 60 minute commute.
An essential component of the job will be excellent, frequent communication with clients, building and maintaining good rapport, with the ability to run projects well, prevent, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
Design sales work will include meeting our clients at their homes/apartments and then designing, writing work scopes, presenting, meeting and guiding clients through product selections at our office and suppliers showrooms, and creating product lists.
On the project management side, work will include scheduling, frequent site visits (twice a week or more), coordinating and supervising trades and product deliveries, client interactions, quality control and problem solving. As the head of the team, you'll be running the project, seeing it through to a successful completion.
Hours may include some evening and weekend appointments based on client needs.
Compensation:
52K base plus commissions (total 85K to 110k+).
Introductory period: Starting part-time for approximately 45 days at $30 per hour plus 3% commission, with hours increasing to full-time as new projects are signed.
