Designer Relations & Sales Operations Coordinator

Full-Time · Dallas, TX · In-Office (light flexibility after training)

Claire Crowe Collection is a high-end, design-driven metalwork studio creating custom fireplace screens, lighting, and architectural metalwork for interior designers and architects nationwide. We are hiring a hands-on Sales Operations & Designer Support Coordinator to own the details that keep our sales pipeline clean, our projects moving, and our client experience seamless.

This is an operations-forward role. Success comes from accuracy, follow-through, and calm ownership across many active projects at once. While there is real room to grow here, this role is intentionally focused on mastering the fundamentals first.

What You’ll Own Day-to-Day

Client Communication (polished, consistent, high-touch)

  • Respond same-day to inquiries via email, phone, website forms, and marketplaces (1stDibs, Chairish)
  • Guide designers and retail clients through pricing, lead times, and customization options
  • Onboard new trade accounts and manage ongoing communication
  • Track how clients discover the brand for internal insight

Quoting, Invoicing & Order Flow (core responsibility)

  • Build clear, accurate quotes (often with multiple revisions)
  • Clarify all custom details before orders move into production
  • Convert approved quotes into clean invoices and orders across QuickBooks, Shopify, CRM (ActiveCampaign), and internal trackers
  • Ensure smooth handoff between sales, fabrication, and shipping

Pipeline Management & Follow-Up (where revenue is protected)

  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline of all pre-sale activity
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes, open invoices, and dormant opportunities
  • Track key data points such as source, stage, and timing constraints

Optional Scope (earned over time)

  • Thoughtful, light outreach to ideal designer accounts
  • Sample and catalog coordination

You’ll use AI-based writing and productivity tools to stay efficient and on-brand — supporting your work, not replacing your judgment.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Enjoy owning details and keeping many moving pieces organized
  • Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and clean systems
  • Feel satisfied when nothing falls through the cracks
  • Write clearly and warmly (tone matters in luxury)
  • Like CRMs, spreadsheets, templates, and checklists
  • Want real ownership — not a purely strategic or sales-only role

Experience

Required

  • a college degree
  • 3–5 years in a detail-heavy, client-facing role (sales support, account management, operations, client services)
  • CRM experience (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many active projects at once

Preferred

  • Experience in interior design, luxury furnishings, or custom fabrication
  • Quote and invoice workflow experience
  • Familiarity with trade programs or designer accounts

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000–$65,000 base salary
  • 15 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
  • Participation in company growth bonus program
  • Light WFH flexibility after training

Important Note

This role is not a senior sales, business development, or strategy-first position at the outset. It is an operational ownership role with meaningful opportunity to grow in scope and responsibility over time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Application Question(s):
