Job Description:
JL Closets is expanding in Broward County and is seeking a talented Designer with a strong sales mindset to join our team.
This role combines design and sales, working directly with clients to create custom closet and storage solutions that fit their space and lifestyle. You will meet with homeowners, develop designs using our software, and manage the process through to final sale.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
- Create and present custom design solutions
- Build proposals and guide clients through purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in sales, design, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable working with technology and design tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- Background in interiors, construction, or home improvement is a plus
