Job Overview

Southern Closets is seeking a motivated Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, in-home design and sales position focused on custom closets and home organization systems.

If you enjoy interior design, working directly with homeowners, and have strong closing skills, this is a high-income opportunity with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Measure spaces accurately
• Design custom closet and storage systems
• Present proposals and pricing
• Close sales and secure contracts
• Manage projects from consultation to installation
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• In-home sales experience a plus
• Background in interior design, cabinetry, or home improvement preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and some weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
