We are growing and looking for a driven, creative Designer/Salesperson to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in their homes and in our showroom to understand their needs
- Measure spaces and design custom storage solutions using proprietary software
- Present designs, pricing, and close sales
- Manage your pipeline from consultation to installation
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and trade partners
This role is typically 70% sales / 30% design in the Inspired Closets system
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record (or high potential)
- Creative mindset with an eye for design
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable learning and using design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently
- Clean Driving Record

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and follow up on leads
- Design personalized storage solutions based on client needs
- Guide customers through the decision-making process
- Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout projects

Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required)
- Sales (in-home sales, remodeling, real estate, or design)
- Interior design, cabinetry, or construction knowledge
- Experience using CAD or design software
- Basic computer skills
