Inspired Closets Alaska is a leader in custom home organization, specializing in closets, garages, pantries, home offices, and more. We design, sell, and install high-quality, fully customized storage solutions that transform our clients’ homes and daily lives.

We are growing and looking for a driven, creative Designer/Salesperson to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients in their homes and in our showroom to understand their needs
  • Measure spaces and design custom storage solutions using proprietary software
  • Present designs, pricing, and close sales
  • Manage your pipeline from consultation to installation
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
  • Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and trade partners

This role is typically 70% sales / 30% design in the Inspired Closets system

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales ability with a proven track record (or high potential)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable learning and using design software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently
  • Clean Driving Record

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships and follow up on leads
  • Design personalized storage solutions based on client needs
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process
  • Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout projects

The role centers on meeting clients, designing solutions, and closing the sale

Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required)

  • Sales (in-home sales, remodeling, real estate, or design)
  • Interior design, cabinetry, or construction knowledge
  • Experience using CAD or design software
  • Basic computer skills
