Senior Design Architect - Job Description

Job Title: Senior Design Architect
Reporting To: Design Head / Principal Architect
Location: Hyderabad

Role Purpose

To lead concept design, client presentations, and guide the design team in delivering exceptional architectural & interior projects aligned with Code Architects’ design vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept creation, schematic design, and detailed design.
• Develop project design strategy with Principal Architect.
• Present design proposals to clients with strong narrative & clarity.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and visualizations for accuracy & quality.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, kitchen, brand, etc.).
• Ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design guidelines.
• Manage revisions, client comments, and design documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design submissions.
• Requirements
• B.Arch / M.Arch with 6–10 years of experience.
• Strong design thinking and concept development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Adobe Suite.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B & retail projects is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
