Job Summary

DMB Design & Remodeling is seeking a talented Designer / Showroom Manager to lead client design consultations and manage daily showroom operations. This role combines residential design, client experience, and showroom management within a growing design-build remodeling company.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop design concepts and material selections
• Create layouts, finish selections, and design presentations
• Guide clients through cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and fixture selections
• Manage showroom organization, displays, samples, and vendor coordination
• Support sales and pre-construction with selections, specifications, and documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure design feasibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential design or remodeling experience
• Degree or certification in Interior Design preferred
• Proficiency in 2020 Design, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design and remodeling processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
• Bonus/Commission: Performance-based opportunities available
