About the Role:

Are you passionate about creating trend-setting designs and bringing imagination to life on fabric?
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer / Sketcher to join our Digital Textile Printing Unit. In this role, you will be the creative backbone of our product development – from sketching original motifs to developing digital artworks that inspire global fashion buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative prints, patterns, motifs, and artworks aligned with fashion trends and buyer requirements.
• Create designs digitally (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, CAD) or manually through hand sketches.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure color accuracy and flawless digital printing output.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate with the sampling/printing team.
• Research global fashion & seasonal trends, color palettes, and market inspirations to create commercial yet unique collections.
• Build and maintain a design library for current and future projects.
• Support merchandising teams with design boards, mood boards, and client presentations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional hand sketching and illustration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (Textile CAD knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital printing processes, fabric types, and color management.
• A keen eye for color, aesthetics, and fashion trends.
• Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation and market demand.
• Strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in textile/apparel design (digital printing preferred).
