Designer & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Designer & Social Media Manager who can bring ideas to life visually and manage our brand’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting our digital marketing initiatives to grow online reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and videos for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Design layouts for ads, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals for campaigns and product launches.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Write engaging captions and coordinate with the content team for storytelling.
• Monitor analytics, trends, and audience engagement to optimize performance.
• Manage community interactions (comments, messages, DMs, etc.).

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
• Collaborate on SEO, email marketing, and influencer campaigns.
• Research digital trends and competitor activity to enhance content strategies.
• Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, analytics, etc.).
• Creative eye for layout, typography, and color balance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads / Analytics.
• Ability to ideate and execute campaign strategies with measurable goals.
