Designer ( Technical & Creative )

Role Overview

The Designer will be responsible for developing technical and creative design outputs for exhibition

stands, event branding, signage, and large-format print applications. This role requires strong

technical drawing capability, accuracy in production-ready artwork, and the ability to translate client

briefs into visually compelling and feasible solutions that align with F15Works’ standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exhibition Stands — Technical & Creative

• Create 3D stand concepts, layouts, and structural visuals for exhibitions and events.
• Translate concepts into detailed technical drawings, ensuring feasibility for fabrication and

installation.

• Coordinate with the production team to validate materials, joineries, and build techniques.
• Prepare renders, mood boards, and presentation decks for client submissions.

2. Signage & Printing Design

• Develop artwork for large-format printing, event branding, wayfinding, and corporate signage.
• Ensure accurate scaling, bleed, color profiles, and print-ready formatting.
• Create production files compatible with CNC, laser cutting, and other fabrication workflows.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure clarity in BOQ, sizing, and material application.

3. Pre-Production Support

• Conduct artwork checks and revisions based on surveys, measurements, and technical

requirements.

• Support the team in preparing installation guides, visual references, and production layouts.
• Maintain structured file management and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and

deadlines.

Core Capabilities & Skill Requirements

• Proven experience in stand design (technical + creative). Strong background in the signage and printing industry.
• Expertise in: 3D design software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret site surveys and convert them into production-ready designs.
• Strong visualization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education
