Job Purpose

Create high-quality visuals for paid ads, website, social media, and video campaigns to support lead generation and branding.

Key Responsibilities/KRA’s

Design Meta & Google Ad creatives.

Create doctor introduction videos, patient stories, reels.

Design landing page graphics & website banners.

Maintain brand consistency across all 6 units.

Deliver creatives for all campaigns on time.

KPI’s

Creative Delivery Adherence: 100%

Creative CTR Performance (Meta Ads): > 1.5%

Reels / Video Output: 20–30 per month

No brand guideline deviation

Skills

Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.

Experience

2-6 years creative + editing.

Job Type: Full-time
