Job Overview: Kelly’s Garden Sense is looking to add a creative, motivated Designer / Greenhouse Team Member to our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, design, and working in a hands-on, fast-paced greenhouse environment.

Position Highlights:

• Assist with seasonal pottery, custom planters, and greenhouse design projects
• Work with houseplants, locally grown annuals, and special orders
• Support daily greenhouse operations and customer experience
• Be part of a thriving, year-round greenhouse and full-service landscaping company

Experience:

• Design experience preferred but not required
• Applicants with design experience should submit 2–3 examples of design work and one design reference

Pay:

• Starting at $15/hour, with opportunity for higher pay based on experience
