Designer/Home Stager

TACTIC Home Staging and Interiors is a boutique home staging company located in Washington Dc. TACTIC supports home sellers with quick-and-easy designs that sell homes fast. Our designs are carefully curated to appeal to the largest group of potential buyers while showcasing up-to-the-minute design trends. We have years of professional staging and design experience and work with developers, real estate professionals, and individual clients to transform properties into homes.

We are looking for an experienced designer/home stager with extensive installation experience. We request a minimum of 2 years of staging or interior design experience. We are looking for very organized, detail-oriented, able to go the extra mile to get the job done type of person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and detail-oriented with exceptional, visual, written and oral communication skills

Candidate must have experience in design installation

Candidate must display proficient knowledge in all aspects of the design process, from schematic/concept design, coordinating with the project team and clients, meeting deadlines, reviewing documents, writing proposals

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

1. Participate in meetings with clients

2. Develop creative designs based on the requirements outlined in the staging proposal:

• Determine the style of furniture and accessories that’s appropriate for the style of the property and meets clients’ requirements
• Select furniture and with help of other team members prepare the items for installation
• Select accessories, linens, props, artwork, pillows, lamps

3. Lead the design installation
