Designer/Home Stager

Responsibilities:

• Design and stage interiors for vacant and occupied homes in line with our brand aesthetic
• Select furniture, art, and accessories from our inventory
• Collaborate closely with other team members on layout, style, and setup
• Assist in physical staging, including packing, loading, unloading, and furniture placement
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
• Maintain design standards and quality across all projects

Qualifications:

• Background in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in home staging, design, or similar visual merchandising roles
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of current design trends
• Ability to lift and move furniture (team assistance provided)
• Comfortable with frequent travel to job sites within the area
• Reliable, communicative, and team-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with home staging or real estate teams
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic furniture logistics
• Portfolio or samples of design work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
