Designer/Sales Consultant

Position Overview: Closet Factory is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell, and install custom closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality and range from simple to spectacular and everywhere in between. We help our clients get organized and pride ourselves in our customer service excellence throughout our company. Our Design Consultants have great passion for what they do. They create! They design! They turn the chaos of each client's home into an organized work of art. Working closely with each client, designers help the client choose the perfect color, moldings, and accessories to blend with the décor of their home.

We are looking for people to handle the high volume of business we are experiencing. Product knowledge is not as important as skill, energy, and the ability to learn. We have the best training, presentation materials, and support in the industry. You work from home, in the client's home, and in the showroom. You have flexibility in setting your own schedule, and we provide you with pre-set appointments, while training you to generate even more business.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Full time availability
• Basic laptop computer skills (Laptop provided)
• Google and Microsoft suite skills ( Teams, gmail and outlook)
• Having the ability to attend to a high level of detail, can work independently, being coachable, personable, and having strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Ability to load and unload materials independently weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortability and confidence to seek guidance or assistance through the appropriate channels when faced with challenges or unfamiliar situations.
• Fundamental proficiency in mathematics to perform job-related calculations accurately.

Preferred:

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Design software experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
