We’re seeking experienced Desk Adjusters for long-term, full-time or freelance remote positions! Join our team to handle insurance claims with flexibility, independence, and an unmatched learning experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of desk adjusting experience with property damage

At least 3 IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, FSRT) or equivalent

Proficient in claims software (Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
