Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Desk Operator to serve as the first point of contact at our Capital Smart City Site Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting visitors and clients, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing visitors
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with relevant departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and front desk documentation
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required
  • Process client payments and issue receipts, where applicable
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
