Your Mission:

Be the on-the-ground expert providing seamless support for end-users and critical infrastructure. You'll solve complex IT challenges and ensure business operations run smoothly.


What You'll Do:

  • Resolve issues with Windows/macOS, O365, mobile devices, and AV/VC systems.
  • Provide Smart Hands support for data center hardware (network gear, servers) under remote guidance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets: IMAC, inventory, and RMA processes.
  • Deliver white-glove support for VIP staff and ensure strict SLA adherence.
  • Document solutions and collaborate with global IT teams to escalate issues.


You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 4+ years in EUC/Break-Fix support.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory .
  • Hands-on experience with data center support (a huge plus!).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English & Arabic .
  • The ability to lift to 50 lbs and travel between sites.
