Desktop Engineer

We’re looking for a Desktop Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize our IT environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Ensure smooth software deployment and updates
• Provide top-notch technical support to end-users

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS
• Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint management
• Problem-solving skills & a proactive mindset
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
