Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform regular system maintenance, diagnostics, and updates.
• Assist in deployment and setup of new hardware and software.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests using ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices.
• Manage and track inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Participate in IT improvement projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated with modern desktop support tools and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
