As a Desktop / IT Support Technician at International Turnkey Systems (ITS), you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computing systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues, including PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on both Windows and Mac operating systems.
Manage and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., BMC Remedy).
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge-base articles.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and software applications.
Provide support and assistance during system upgrades and IT rollouts.
Communicate effectively with users to explain issues and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of issues and IT asset inventories (software licenses, hardware stock).
Qualifications & Skills:
~ 3–4+ years of experience in desktop/IT support or related technical support roles.
Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS systems.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy or similar.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: From KD337.000 per month
