Job Accountabilities

  • First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available
  • Provide desktop and Laptop support.
  • Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications
  • Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group
  • Providing Support for MAC related calls
  • Providing Support for Mobile Device
  • Installation of Business-related software
  • Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices


Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

  • Hardware & OS knowledge
  • Software application knowledge,
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Network,
  • Apple products
  • -MCSE or similar




Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)


  • BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT
  • Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA/ MCSE.
