Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Install/configure OS, software, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP).
• Assist users with email, Outlook, and application issues.
• Maintain daily IT logs, asset records, and ticket updates.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Windows OS & hardware
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong communication & problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
