Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Technical Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and solid hands-on experience with VoIP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows and macOS environments

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices

Support users via remote tools, phone, and in-person assistance

Configure and maintain VoIP phones, softphones, and PBX systems

Monitor and resolve VoIP service issues including call quality, routing, and SIP configuration

Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support cases

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in desktop or IT support

Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking

Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, PBX, IP phones, call routing)

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Good communication and customer-service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
