• Provide basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with software installation, setup, and configuration.
• Support common applications such as Microsoft Office, email clients, and web browsers.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-in support requests.
