1. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware, and software applications
2. Handle and resolve support, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and network components.
4. Manage and administer user accounts and permissions within the organization's IT environment.
5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support requests, resolutions, and support processes within a ticketing system.
6. Contribute to the development of a knowledge base with solutions to recurring technical issues.
7. Work with other IT teams to resolve issues, implement new technologies, and improve overall IT support processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
