About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide onsite and on-call technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, installations, software support, and coordination with our global IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network (LAN/DHCP/VPN) issues.
  • Manage users in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain tickets via ServiceNow / JIRA / HaloITSM.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science.
  • 3–7 years of desktop support (L2) experience.
  • Strong in Windows 10/11, O365, and network basics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP, ITIL, or MD-100/101.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
