You’ll deliver hands-on IT support, troubleshoot systems, and keep users productive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Resolve hardware, software, VPN, and network issues
• Support Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira
• Provide friendly, responsive Tier 2 IT support

What You Need

• Desktop/IT Support experience
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
