Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining computer systems and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and laptop support for users (hardware and software).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Manage installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and network cameras.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with IT team for network and peripheral device support.
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and service requests.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Experience with CCTV setup and DVR/NVR configuration.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent) are an added advantage.

Salary: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
