Desktop Technician

We are seeking a Desktop Technician, assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation.

Job Title: Desktop Technician 2

Job Duration: 3+ months

Job Location: Long Beach, CA or San Diego, CA (Onsite)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Setup new users, including desktop configuration, email accounts, LDAP accounts, VPN accounts.
• Support employees, both local and remote, with Desktop issues, account issues, access to various internal services.
• Troubleshoot software issues on employees’ desktops/laptops.
• Knowledge of Windows OS.
• Experience with desktop installations and configurations.
• Troubleshooting desktop and mobile.
• Active Directory (Nice to Have)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $28.52/hr on W2.
