• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist in optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Support the team in daily operations to uphold service standards.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in trucking or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency with transportation management software is desirable.
• Experience in southbound dispatch.
