Job Overview:

Que Chulada is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Food Truck Dispatcher to manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, and support our food truck team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, efficient routing, and excellent customer service as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule food truck locations, events, and daily routes
• Communicate with event organizers, customers, and staff to confirm bookings and details
• Dispatch drivers and staff to assigned locations in a timely manner
• Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as needed
• Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries regarding bookings and services
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, locations, and customer information
• Assist with marketing efforts such as posting locations, promotions, and updates on social media
• Handle any issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently
• Support the owner/management team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Basic computer and phone skills (Google Calendar, social media, etc.)
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, food service, or customer service is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time or Full-time (based on business needs)
• Hours may vary, including evenings and weekends
• Pay: Based on experience
