PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Assist in capturing and creating original content (photo, video, written) for Cincy’s social media platforms for leisure travel, as well as MeetNKY platforms
  • Assist in developing blog content and website copy updates

· Assist with first-party data collection and organization aligned to email marketing goals

· Supporting maintenance of digital asset libraries

Partner Communications & Engagement

  • Support team in drafting and distributing partner communications (including MeetNKY specific efforts)
  • Assist with marketing updates related to Kentucky Tourism efforts
  • Respond to partner inquiries and support ongoing communications
  • Support organizational and meeting-focused social media efforts

Events & Administrative Support

  • Assist with event preparation and on-site support as needed
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team
  • Track projects, maintain documentation, and support reporting needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, tourism, or related field preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • Basic knowledge of data management systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to support multiple projects and deadlines

· Basic knowledge of Northern Kentucky/ Cincy Region, hotels, and tourist attractions with ability/desire to learn more

· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), use of Simpleview

· Standing for long periods of time at tradeshows or events

· Ability to work extended hours (nights, weekends, overnight travel)

· Use of personal vehicle as needed

· Ability to lift (up to 30lbs)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
