We are expanding our elite network of local Ambassador Consultants across Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and the Red Sea. Role Overview

As a Destination Services Consultant , you will act as a local ambassador for arriving international executives. You will guide them through their home-finding journey, introduce them to premium neighborhoods, help secure their tenancies, and assist with their settling-in logistics.

Using our secure Digital Portal , you will operate a 100% paperless workflow—managing geolocated property shortlists, digital inventory check-ins, and compliance-driven lease clauses directly from your mobile device or tablet.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Arrival Needs Assessment: Connect virtually with assignees to evaluate their housing, schooling, security, and lifestyle requirements.
• Curated Home Search & Neighborhood Tours: Conduct guided physical or virtual tours of pre-vetted properties across key residential compounds and premium neighborhoods (e.g., New Cairo, Maadi, Zamalek, Sheikh Zayed, Kafr Abdo, or El Gouna).
• Schooling & Settling-In Support: Assist families with international school registrations, bank account setups, and navigating local utility configurations.
• Lease Support & Compliance: Help facilitate lease negotiations, ensuring standard corporate protections (such as Diplomatic Exit Clauses) are cleanly integrated.
• Digital Handovers: Conduct thorough property condition inspections, logging geotagged inventory check-in photos and electronic sign-offs on our portal.

What We Look For

• Cultural Agility & Language Skills: Flawless bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. Multi-linguists (fluent in French, German, Russian, Spanish, or Italian) will be given strong priority.
• Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of local premium compounds, schools, districts, and traffic/commuting patterns.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using digital mobile apps, cloud-based mapping platforms, and digital file trackers.
• Mobility & Independence: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, active driver's license, and a smartphone/tablet.
• Prior Experience: Backgrounds in real estate, corporate hospitality, diplomatic service, customer relations, or global mobility are highly preferred. (Former expats living in Egypt are highly encouraged to apply!)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and streamline complex relocation processes.
• Experience in consulting, advising, and guiding clients through relocation and integration processes.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders efficiently.
• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills to provide top-tier support and maintain client trust.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to client needs, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in a diverse environment.
• Proficiency in project management principles, and familiarity with the local market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
