Clean Getaway Car Wash & Detail Center is a small business in Portage, MI. Our goal is to provide the best experience for our customers and treat their vehicles like our own.

We are currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team as the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automobiles, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. As a Office Manager, you will be responsible for your ensuring that your team of Detailers work together to provide excellent service and results for our clients, as well as being the main point of contact for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of both interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles, including but not limited to washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming
• Manage Staff as they detail vehicles, making sure they uphold our standards of clean
• Be knowledgeable in all the services we offer, and how to perform them
• Office duties: Greet customers, answer phone, schedule detail appointments, help customers with their car wash memberships
• Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Uphold company policies and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to switch between responsibilities (Detailing to Office Work and back)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
