Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Detail Technician. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team. This position works outdoors a majority of time through all seasons and requires consistent moving, lifting and climbing. We require a positive attitude, dedication to customer service, and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do
- Steam clean equipment outside in all tolerable weather conditions, removing all dirt from equipment
- Wax hoods/equipment bodies to remove any buildup and make a shine.
Perform some light mechanical work replacing various equipment components
- Maintain a safe, clean, neat and orderly work environment.
Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Prior experience with agriculture or heavy equipment is highly desired. Ag background is also a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
