Seasonal RV Detailer/Campground Maintenance Technician:

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to fill this hybrid position. This employee’s week will be split between two roles. We expect the role to be approximately a 50/50 split between the two roles, though business needs may vary week to week. A typical week will most likely include two or three days cleaning RVs and two or three days covering campground maintenance responsibilities.

This is a physically active, hands-on position that involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

This is a full-time, seasonal position. We are seeking candidates who are available to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. This role is needed from April through October.

High-performing seasonal employees are often considered for year-round roles and advancement opportunities.

RV Detailer:

· Clean interior and exterior of RVs

· Help prepare units for customer delivery

Campground Maintenance Technician:

· Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of campground facilities (bathhouses, cabins, lodges, etc.)

· Maintain pool systems (monitor chemical levels, clean filters, etc.)

· Mow lawns, trim trees and shrubs, and keep the property free of debris

Helpful Skills and Qualifications:

· Prior detailing experience

· Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, etc.)

· Pool maintenance experience preferred (CPO certification a plus)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50 lbs

· Experience towing and/or operating tractors

· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
