Detailer/Lot Attendant

Key Responsibilities: Your role is designed to support the general operations of the dealership. Your daily duties will include:

• Mobile & On-Site Detailing: Performing comprehensive detailing services on dealership inventory and customer vehicles. This requires traveling to off-site locations (residential homes, corporate offices, etc.) using the company mobile service van to perform work remotely.
• Mobile Unit Operations: maintaining the readiness of the mobile detailing vehicle, including filling water tanks, checking generators, restocking chemicals, and ensuring all equipment is secured for transport.
• Detailing: Comprehensive cleaning, detailing, and cosmetic restoration of inventory vehicles. (Ability to buff and polish is a plus).
• Logistics & Transport: Operating company vehicles to transport inventory to/from auctions, mechanics, gas stations, and other vendors.
• Lot Operations: Organizing vehicle displays, performing regular lot washes, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring all inventory is presented according to company standards.
• General Support: Assisting with inspections and other operational tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.

Compensation:

• Rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly.

Work Schedule:

• Current Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Clean Driving Record: Must meet the insurability standards of Emerald Auto’s insurance carrier (Clean record required).
• Reliability: We are looking for someone punctual and ready to work full-time.
• Professionalism: Adherence to all dealership policies, specifically regarding the safe use of Dealer Plates (Business use only).

Pay: $15.00 per hour
