Become a Key Player as a Dev-Ops Engineer

As a Dev-Ops Engineer, you will troubleshoot and stabilize Adobe Campaign environments for some of Adobe’s most technically complex, large-scale customers. You’ll partner with Customer Care, internal escalation teams, Product Management, and Engineering to drive solutions from inception through deployment and refinement. Work model: Onsite in Lehi, UT. Contract: staffing coverage for an FTE leave from 01/12/2026 to 05/08/2026; 40 hours/week.


Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Provide deep technical troubleshooting for escalated customer issues in Adobe Campaign SaaS environments.
  • Use monitoring/reporting tools to analyze root causes of impactful incidents and implement stable, sustainable fixes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, escalation teams, Product Management, and Engineering to drive tasks to completion.
  • Improve operational readiness across the lifecycle: design, deployment, operations, and continuous refinement.
  • Develop tools and automation for self-service config changes, faster deployments, and improved monitoring.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and metrics are built into applications before production.


Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • Full-stack troubleshooting experience across networking, Linux OS (Debian, CentOS), Apache, HAProxy, Nginx, and RDBMS.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, New Relic, and/or Nagios for troubleshooting and observability.
  • Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure: networking (VPCs, security groups), VMs (EC2), databases (RDS), and load balancing (ELB/ALB).
  • Proficiency developing in Python, Java, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies.
  • Excellent information management practices (documentation, wikis, collaboration tools).
  • Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and break work into actionable sub-tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.


Pay Range

$48.12 - $60.15/hour
